The level cap for characters has been increased to level 11 but there's a slight catch. You need to purchase the ability to open the next level, it costs one million credits, and you still need to earn XP to max out the level. You can see a can screenshot of it after the break.

The other catch is that the prices of outfits, gear, mods, and geotags increases significantly.

To purchase the next level, you can find it on the character select screen. Only characters that you have at level 10 can buy the level upgrade.
