Hello,

I've started to play SSX 3 on my Xbox 360 a week ago. Now, my character (Kaori) has passed all the challenges and races, so I've decided to buy some Special FX to her - Hand Flares.

But there is a problem - even If I equip her with those hand flares, I cannot see them during gameplay (But I see her flaming hands during loading and pre-start animation).

Could this be caused by playing this game on X360 (with latest emulator installed) or by some game bug or by my fault?

do u use more then one special FX, or du u use something that lights up ?
because for example if I use a special fx on psymon (on ps2) and i want to use e.g. firecrackers, the special fx dissapears, maybe this could be the same problem, anyone else has another reaction on this ?

Wow, that sounds like a weird glitch!

Try the hand flares with a different outfit, or equip them in another station.

Maybe that'll work

I've tried several outfit variations, my character (Kaori) has got just one Special FX - I haven't bought any other, but I am going to try it.

Anyway, changing the outfit doesn't work, so I hope after buying some other FX stuff, I will be able to get her equiped.

The problem may very well be the fact that you're playing on the 360. Playing past generation games has proven difficult for a lot of people on next gen consoles. Good luck, I hope you find a solution.

I have bought other Special FX feautres and none of this stuff doesn't work, so the main reason really could be the problem with compatibility, altough the game itself runs as charm - and that is the most important.
