As I said, it's damn hard to do, and no attempt at explaining how to do it can be better than the video itself.

For the benefit of those who don't check this topic that often, here's a repost of recent videos from the last few pages:

This new Snow Jam shortcut saves 500 ms, but is very hard:

This plus the new super-hard wormhole can bring the time down to 1:54!

1:55.9 SJ video with the new super-hard WH:

Here's a 1:33.0 Metro I got a while ago:

The timer tips over to 33 at the last frame!

The first part of my wormholes video, showing 16 wormholes on Snow Jam:

A video showing a lot of new possibilities on Kick Doubt, making 8M a possibility:

I added some music to it so it's not so boring.

Hardly a real "master run", but just for fun here is a 70 million Style Mile run with the rail glitch. I missed an 80 million run by a few seconds, and even 90M might be possible, but I'm not gonna try.

Here's a 1:15.8 Happiness run I hit a while ago. This is damn hard to do! Or at least until you figure out exactly how to do it. I hit well over 20 1:16 runs before this one:

Happiness 6.35M run:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=C8EC1D52 <-- gondee, hosty hosty please
This run should have been 6.56M... I missed one X due to the controller (no spinning due to d-pad down button being too insensitive), and another X that went unsmurphied for no good reason. Just those 2 would have put the score at 6.56M. I also missed an SA, but that one would've probably crashed if I had not pulled back. And an unsmurphied SA as well. Would've been 6.69M with those two SAs. I also messed up in the pipe, missing an X. But still, a pretty good beginning and very solid ending.

Holy lord, that was almost as nerve-racking to watch as a low air x-x Perp run... awesome job!

Indeed, that is a perfect low-air X-SA-SA Schizo run. But didn't you notice anything slightly different/new, Chaos?

Thu Oct 21, 2010 9:48 pm

:jawdrop Absolutely sick run Rastapo!! Very smart minimizing air-time for x-sa-sa. Just phenomenal :)

The only difference I noticed, minus the all x-sa-sa, was the finishing x-x-x then sa off the rail....

Was there something else?

Maybe...

Ah yes Crow's Nest... I saw the pic the other day...

Awesome that you were able to squeeze a few more k out of the course, particular with that sa-x up the hill. Always was quite annoying and too risky in my eye... But that's the name of the game...

The top I had, video wise, at 1.698 wasn't actually the highest tho. If I recall didn't igloo have a 1.7ish score?

Fri Oct 22, 2010 4:59 pm

I think iglooman had 1.70 or 1.71 using the same line as your 1.698 video. I messed up two 1.705 runs using that line.

1.77 is possible if doing 2 SA-X's uphill, but that's just crazy.

Wow, stop in for a bit and see some amazing things still happening here. I check in from time to time to see if a new game is in the works. Rastapo, just wow man. I remember when a 4mil run was considered impossible, and somewhat laughed at when discussed as possible. I always hated schizo just due to the beginning of building the combo, so frustrating!

RE, nice f'n run there at Crow's. I think my best was just over 1.7 (like 1.702 or something) if I recall correctly, but had many runs just short of 1.75, doing a little different beginning. I could never get the sa-x up the hill and everything else in the same run to land, but did have a faster beginning that almost allowed for 2 X-X-SA up the pipe. Always fell a second short though, couldn't make it work so gave up on it. I agree, that the best there is 1.77-1.78 doing 2 sa-x up the hill, but good luck landing both and everything else while getting to the finish. I love to see you finish the AS on the right side versus the rail jump. Always thought that finish looked sweet as the MT lands just as you cross. First time I did that was by accident. LOL. Remember when 1.5 was amazing there?

Anyway, saw these crazy scores and had to drop a line. Hope everyone is doing well and hope another game surfaces at some point down the road. And if one does, let's hope it's something like Tricky and SSX3 combined. A deep, talent-based trick system, but with over-the-top fun. And of course, electonica music.

iglooman! Long time since you checked the site! Drop me a PM when you have the time. Amazing synchronicity as I mentioned you in the post above on the same/next day.

Incredible CN run too RE... Wow I really want to play now :heh Looks like you have a new controller :poke The sa-x on the second jump would of made it perfect!! As igloo stated, how you finished with the AS right before the finish line is awesome man.

Wow Rastapo I think you've won yourself video of the year in the next grav awards. That was insane, you checked off everything possible in a to do list on Schizo. Very nerve wrecking to watch indeed. Congrats!
