benandlucy, this is a REALLY RARE FIND. I'll report to the highest council of the Gravitude Bar that you shall be appointed as "The Uncredible Unmystifyer"!

But yeah I noticed this way back before I even knew they were gonna have that dnL crap in the game. That was one of the dumbest marketing campaigns in the history of ever (the dnL stuff, not EA putting it in SSX3).

SSX has always been really good in some sort of advertising. There wasn't really anything in Tricky, just other characters on the billboards, but in 3, there was dnL logos and a lot of other stuff. There were several in-game advertisements in SSX on Tour as well, from the giant Old Spice can to billboards all across the mountain.
I think the advertisements in SSX enhanced the gameplay, they gave a more realistic feel to racing down a mountain. I hope the new game does this to some extent as well.
if you go to about 1:00, the big can is on the left, the rider doesn't go near it so you can't really see it, but the top pops off and shit comes out of it (not literally).
and that video is horribly boring to watch and extremely bad quality. if you want to check it out yourself, you should, because this video is horrible and the only one i could find.
What you are really saying is, "They all look the same"!
Which in my head, they kind of do, even compared to SSX 3.
SSX 3 also had Honda Element advertising if I remember. I remember it most prominently at Crow's Nest I think. And then there was obviously your 'phone' that you used in the pause menu. Was that an N-Gage?
