Where is that? I know it's on Metro City, but other than that I have no idea. this and the untracked caves I still haven't found, the ultimate mysteries

That's the Train tracks on Metro City. You can reach them by watching this:

If you want to reach the caves on Untracked for SSX, there's a point where the trail splits in to a left, middle and right path - the path in the middle leads to the cave.

It is 3 glitch teleports in Metro City and 1 in Snow Jam
