OMG...dude, i dont know how you are going to play both at the same time...the physics are WAAAAAAY to different...your going to have a hard time with playing SSX 3, and then going to SSX Tricky

good luck tho...just keep in mind...

you cannot eXpect to start good, your just going to have to keep practicing...hopefully you can bring your nice ass SSX 3 skills, to this game

Good Luck :china :cheers

It depends what character you're playing as, since in Tricky, all of them are different. Who are you playing as? If you're a beginner then you should probably go with Elise or Mac...

TRICKY IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN SSX 3!

If you want to set records, you're probably gonna have to use Mac (though JP or Kaori can be used as well.) Other than that, going backwards in games is tough - practice and watch the Master Runs - hit others up on AIM for the past Master Runs. :) We don't have the server room to host the old ones all at once.

Hi fellow Dutchman! :)

Nice to see you've bought this 'oldie' too. Its beauty is maybe not as apparent, since you will miss much that's in SSX 3. Hang in there as it is a well-balanced Arcade entertainment system!!! :heh (no kidding) Fun to play, and addictive as hell for anyone standing/sitting in close proximity. Hook up your stereo or Home Theater (DTS!!) for a real treat! :yes,,, :dj

None of the 15+ people I showed it to left without playing this game with great enthousiasm, and those were between 8 years old [allegra] and 60! [jurgen],, :eek,,,,,,,,, :thumbsup

I know what you mean. Today I was playing Tricky for awhile and I sucked majorly. I happened to beat my SD showoff tho. If I practice, I can do so much better for all of my scores.

Yeah well after all the raving about it here I finally went out and bought SSX Tricky. Whereas I’m sure that in it’s day SSX Tricky was hailed as revolutionary, to me the controls seem terribly unresponsive (steering Elise was like steering a tank – even with the thumbstick pushed all the way to the left she still managed to fall off the cliff to her right), the collision detection unreliable (why did she go through the first barricade and then fall over the next one?) and the voice acting/script somewhat purile. To add insult to injury I slaughtered all my record times set with Elise using Marisol. On the other hand the courses are quite radical and they included the start gate shuffle, YAY! :woot which I missed in OT).
