OK, maybe I need to stop putting characters in critical condition when I write fanfic....sheesh. Been fighting of a "cold"...not getting any better, so I go see a doc-in-the-box today. Instead of, 'yeah, you have a cold, drink lots of fluids and take cough medicine.' I get, "oh, you have bronchitis and pneumonia. Here, have a breathing treatment (albuterol. Blech.), a steroid injection, two prescriptions and an inhaler. Oh, and don't go back to work for 3 days.'
Looks like I'm gonna be spending lots of time either playing SSX or writing about it, especially since I'm under doctor's orders to rest and my husband will kill me himself if he finds me doing anything but resting.
Suggestions for directions to take my fanfics in would be welcome!
