Hello - I'm a withered, bow-legged old man who was hooked on this site back in the heyday of SSX3. I have yet to love a videogame like I loved Tricky and SSX3. I occupied a top 3 slot (I think) on the leaderboard for a while with about 5.5mil on Style Mile, but I can see that I'm seriously outranked these days.

Since then, I'm guilty of desertion and coming back to face the charges. Looking forward to losing several months of my life to this game and catching up with some old friends back here.

Hello, bradx here.... longtime lurker / now decided to join/
I've been playing SSX since the 1st one. In 2000 I sent my then g/f out to buy a PS2 cuz i kept seeing ads for the console on the tv at the time /
she came back with the 1st SSX/ it blew our minds and I just kept playing that game. (I played it thru again recently and enjoyed it ok).

When Tricky came out my mind got blown all over again... except it was about 10X as good.

SSX3 in many ways is the ultimate for me/ great courses and high degree of difficulty/ Style Mile is a favourite.

Contrary to many others I love On Tour. The courses are great and I like the speed. I didn't really mind about the characters, or lack of them/ or the slightly flat trick system/ I just like the game and did get 100%/ I still do quite a few of the challenges for kicks... ie Last Call Collection Agency

I waited 6 1/2 years for a new SSX / I can't believe it's here. Well, my hands CAN believe it cuz I've got rampant RSI / agony.
I absolutely love it/ the courses are great and the online is mindblowing/
There's a few things I could gripe about .... I like the city stages in 3 and On Tour / and the lack of time limit makes it a bit odd on some of the trick courses but basically its all I dreamt about for over 6 years/

I'm by no means a great player. I play for fun and to get that adrenaline rush/
to my surprise I've done ok in GE .... amassed nearly 50 million credits and scored quite a few platinums and a few diamonds.... but basically i'm a decent gold medal player I think.
(The best thing to do is work out when Blade is alseep and play the game then ha ha.)

My best score on Serenity is 45 million. That's by comboing the whole way down and tricking like mad. I don't think I can do better.

By the way - I'm 51 next birthday so probably older than most here. My hands are killing me I tell you/
